DRIVEN, INNOVATIVE DESIGNER
Strategic marketing professional with 10+ years of experience translating complex, technical work into clear, compelling brand and visual narratives. Trusted partner to senior leadership in high-stakes, fast-paced environments. Passionate about visual storytelling and video content designed for modern attention spans—creating work that is easily digestible, memorable, and leaves a lasting impression.
Originally from Portland, Maine I grew up painting the natural beauty of the ocean and its coastline. It wasn’t until after graduating with a dual degree in Art and Psychology and becoming an abstract artist that I realized my passion not only for painting but for design.
After creating multiple series of paintings, I needed a voice, a platform, and the ability to share my work with viewers. I used Adobe Creative Suite to market my work, Squarespace to build a website, and my passion for colors and design to create a brand. Over the last 8 years I have continued working with artists, entrepreneurs, counselors, realtors and other professionals to help them create their voice and develop their platform.
In my current position as a Regional Marketing Coordinator at Ware Malcomb, I spearhead marketing initiatives across our San Diego and Washington, D.C. offices—coordinating video, photography, social media, press, and marketing materials to elevate brand visibility and communicate complex ideas through clear, impactful visual storytelling. I integrate marketing and business development strategies across key sectors while creating brand‑aligned graphics and partnering with senior leadership to strategize, develop, and execute high‑stakes architectural RFPs.
Prior to joining Ware Malcomb, I was a Senior Marketing Coordinator at Kidder Mathews Commercial Real Estate, managed Emerald C Art Gallery in Coronado, California, and was an Assistant Creative Director at The Paint Bar.
After spending ten years in the San Diego area, I now reside in Alexandria, Virginia, and spend my time painting, designing, running, volunteering with art at a hospital, and walking my Great Pyrenees dog - or rather she is walking me.
