Originally from Portland, Maine I grew up painting the natural beauty of the ocean and its coastline. It wasn’t until after graduating with a dual degree in Art and Psychology and becoming an abstract artist that I realized my passion not only for painting but for design.

After creating multiple series of paintings, I needed a voice, a platform, and the ability to share my work with viewers. I used Adobe Creative Suite to market my work, Squarespace to build a website, and my passion for colors and design to create a brand. Over the last 8 years I have continued working with artists, entrepreneurs, counselors, realtors and other professionals to help them create their voice and develop their platform.

In my current position as a full-time in-house Graphic Designer for Kidder Mathews Commercial Real Estate, I use Adobe Creative Suite to design and produce high-end real estate marketing materials. My designs include proposals, flyers, postcards, newsletters, banners, e-mail marketing campaigns, website pages and video marketing editing using Adobe Premier. 

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, I managed Emerald C Art Gallery in Coronado, designing and producing marketing materials, developing children’s art programs and teaching art to children with special needs.  Similarly, as the Assistant Creative Director of The Paint Bar, I assisted in providing a creative vision for business development, and managed outreach and program development for corporate team-building murals.  We worked with clients such as MIT, Harvard, Google, Baskin Robbins, NESN, Trip Advisor, and Shriners Hospital for Children. 

My experience working as an Assistant Creative Director, a Gallery Manager and most recently on a real estate marketing team has allowed me to use my skills to develop marketing that promotes a meaningful mission and reaches my client’s desired viewers.  

Currently residing in San Diego, California, I spend most of my time painting, designing, running, volunteering with art at a hospital, and walking my Great Pyrenees dog - or rather she is walking me.
